We accepted several bids for the complete renovation of our brownstone. Jonathan really stood out from the competitors with his attention to details, experience, and suggestions, making us confident in him and his team. The cherry on top was the price! We were very happy with the way the job came out, with no surprises(!) along the way, and were really impressed with how the team stayed on schedule.

I couldn’t be happier with Jonathan and the team at NY Built Construction. They turned my gut renovation into a masterpiece and significantly increased the value of my property. Jonathan truly delivered on my vision and helped me navigate layout decisions I was unsure about. He guided me through the entire process including handling approvals from my building board making everything stress-free and seamless. The crew was professional, clean, and always showed up on time. Jonathan really cares about his workmanship and takes pride and passion in what he does. The quality of workmanship and materials was top notch with no corners cut. This was by far my best experience dealing with contractors. I recommended him to my friend for a smaller job, and even though she was on a budget, you would never know after Jonathan finished work on her bathroom and kitchen.
